Teams wearing white jerseys in the Super Bowl are 27-18.

Super Bowl participants that have played a regular season game in the year’s Super Bowl’s host stadium are 14-7.

When playing in Super Bowls located in AFC venues, AFC teams are 9-6.   When playing in Super Bowls located in NFC venues, NFC teams are 15-8.

Teams in the NFC East have won 11 Super Bowls, the most by any division in the NFL.

The team traveling the shortest distance to the Super Bowl is 23-22.

Super Bowl participants that spent their entire post-season on the road are 5-4 in the Super Bowl.

The over/under in Super Bowls played indoors is 46.93 points.  The over/under in Super Bowls played outside is 45.19.

The state of Florida has been involved in 19 different Super Bowls, the most by any state.  Either a team from the state was in the Super Bowl, or a city within the state was hosting the Super Bowl.  The state of California was involved in 17 different Super Bowls.

The city of Montreal Quebec submitted an official bid to host Super Bowl 11.

The Washington Redskins scored seven points in Super Bowl 7.  The Miami Dolphins scored seventeen points in Super Bowl 17.  The San Francisco 49ers scored 49 points in Super Bowl 29.
